Payment methods

On our shop you can only pay by bank transfer (BACS). It is the customer’s responsibility to use the order number as a reason to allow for rapid order fulfillment.

Shipping

We ship throughout Italy with Express Courier.

Delivery is made in 3/4 days from order preparation.

We apply the following shipping rates:

Orders up to 5kg: €5.9
orders up to 10kg: €7.50
orders up to 25kg: €10
orders up to 50kg: €15.50
For orders over 100 kg the cost is €27 + €6 for each additional kg.

Return and Refund

Se la merce arriva danneggiata, inviare immediatamente una email a info@procrea.srl. 

It is possible to request a refund for the product intact in its original packaging within 5 calendar days from the delivery date by sending an email to info@procrea.srl with the order number and purchase receipt.

The customer must deliver the product at his own expense to:
